Plasma Skin Tightening
Effective, non-surgical fibroblast treatment for tightening your skin
What is Plasma Skin tightening?
Plasma Skin tightening is often referred to as fibroblast. The technique uses a new ‘plasma technology’ to stimulate an instant contraction and tightening of the skin. Lines, wrinkles or scarring are sublimated using a plasma beam. This results in tissue retraction and gives you brilliant, instant results.
Why choose Plasma Skin tightening skin?
This is a non-surgical procedure. This means there is no cutting or stitching and therefore a fast recovery time. From removing frown lines to having a non-surgical eye lift, it can be used on multiple areas to soften the effects of ageing – or work on a problem area such as crow’s feet or nasolabial lines.
Plasma Skin Tightening can be used for glabellar lines (between the eyebrows), crows feet, jawline tightening, smokers’ lines, nasolabial lines, and face and neck lifting.
In addition it can be used in the removal of scars (including acne and stretch marks); thread vein removal; and the removal of benign lesions (skin tags, sunspots and xanthelasma).
Every client undergoes a full consultation before this treatment to ensure they are suitable. You cannot receive the treatment if you are pregnant. You may also be an unsuitable candidate if you have keloid scarring.
Depending on your skin type and lifestyle, the result can last from between 2 and 5 years.
After the procedure, the treated area will be red for up to a week. Any swelling should subside after three days. A carbon crust will form at each micro dot, which should be left to come away naturally (between five to fourteen days). A balm will be supplied to keep the area soothed during healing. Occasionally, healing time is longer and some small dents may occur.
The results are instant, and you should begin to notice improvements very soon after your treatment.
Anaesthetic cream will first be applied then the treatment consists of multiple plasma shots which are space closely together covering the entire treatment area
Yes, this technique works very well on ‘lifting’ the eyes for a more youthful look. It can also be used to treat a wide range of skin issues, as well as the natural process of ageing.
